Overview: Effective transition plans contain many "ingredients" - from backwards planning, to activities of daily living, to work experiences. Each transition plan should achieve the outcome-focused, individualized goals set for that student. During this webinar, attendees will learn how to combine essential ingredients to create and implement successful and customized transition plans for their students. Attendees will leave the webinar with ideas, resources, tools, and answers to their questions.

Presenter: Julie Collison, M.Ed., joined Monarch Center for Autism in 2016. She attended Kent State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, with a focus in Reading. She then went on to earn a Master's degree in Special Education and a Transition-to-Work endorsement. Julie came to Monarch with experiences as an Intervention Specialist, a Job Placement Coordinator, and a Program Manager. Julie serves as the Transition Coordinator at Monarch, where she oversees a caseload of 105 transition age students.
